Opulence Cosmetics™ despatch
Australia wide using Australia Post Courier Service through
eDeliver tracking. Goods will not be left unattended.
If no one is home to receive the delivery, the goods will be
taken to the nearest Post Office and a card, to that effect,
will be put into your letter box.
Any deliveries requiring
redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by
yourself to new address provided by the recipient, will
incur an additional delivery charge.
To ensure prompt, on time
deliveries, you must provide a home telephone number of
delivery address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Costs of
International Freight is calculated automatically via our
shopping cart when you place your order. The amount is
displayed as a sub total referred to as "Freight". Please
allow 7 - 21 days for delivery (for cheque payments –
cheques must firstly be cleared before order is processed).
All
international freight charges will be added to you order
automatically via our shopping cart at the time of
processing.
Important - Customs
Clearance: You must check with your local authorities and
your country's customs or import duties, excises, laws,
regulations, if applicable, before you order.
The purchaser is responsible to pay for any additional costs
for Custom Clearance.
Please
complete all details, delivery address, telephone number
(include country and area codes), fax details, email address
and instructions via our shopping cart facility.
Stock
availability can vary and we will contact you if there are
changes to your order.
Insurance
on all international deliveries are based on a per shipment
basis.
Freight and
Insurance charges are subject to change without prior
notice.
All prices are quoted in
Australian Dollars (AUD).
Credit Card Payment
Your Credit
Card information is processed by secure e-commerce shopping
cart software and credit card processing is provided by
Ezimerchant. Opulence Cosmetics™ accepts MasterCard, Visa,
American Express and JCB (Japanese Bureau Card).
SPECIAL NOTES:
Delivery charges include
insurance to your specified delivery address. Any breakages
or shortages must be recorded and signed for upon receipt of
goods (see Policies - Returns), otherwise no claim can be
made.
Clearly indicate your
delivery requirements when ordering.
Our carriers have definite
instructions not to leave goods unless they are signed for -
unless we give clear instructions to the contrary. Please
give us precise instructions where goods can be left if no
one is at home to receive. Please do advise us if your
parcel is ever delivered by a carrier contrary to
instructions.
Express delivery is
available, within Australia, by selecting the Express
Freight Service when placing your order via our shopping
cart. Please note
rates are different to regular post.
