Opulence Cosmetics™ offers you goods for sale on the following terms and conditions:

All goods are offered subject to continuing availability and Opulence Cosmetics™ reserves the right to amend advertised prices and offers without prior notice.

All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.

Opulence Cosmetics™ requires payment in full to confirm any order and reserves the right to withhold a delivery of goods until payment in full has been received.

Title to goods remains with Opulence Cosmetics™ until payment in full is received. In the event of payment by cheque, this is upon clearance of the cheque.

Opulence Cosmetics'™ liability in the event of any loss in transit or inability to supply products on the original confirmed order placed is limited to reimbursement of the amount you have already.

In the event of inability to supply, you will be contacted by a representative from Opulence Cosmetics™ and given a choice of an alternative product or the choice of placing it on backorder. If you do not wish to continue with the alternative order your payment will not be processed and no product will be supplied.

Deliveries are made to the address provided by you when ordering goods from Opulence Cosmetics™.  Opulence Cosmetics™ will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order, subject to availability.  The person (s) at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed to be the authorized person to receive those goods.  Once you receive the goods you will be responsible if they become damaged, lost or stolen.  Goods will not be left unattended. If no one is home to receive the delivery, the goods will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a card to that effect will be put into your letter box.

All data, prices, images of products are for illustration purposes and may vary, or change without notice and is beyond the control of Opulence Cosmetics™ management and offers on this website is believed to be correct. Changes may occur from time to time which may not necessarily be reflected on this website.  Opulence Cosmetics™ therefore reserves the right to change the data and images of products which are for illustration purposes and may change due to manufacturing and updates outside Opulence Cosmetics™ control.  Prices and offers are subject to change and availability without prior notice.

All orders made to Opulence Cosmetics™ are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Opulence Cosmetics™.

Opulence Cosmetics™ reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason including, but not limited to the unavailability of a product, incorrect pricing or due to any other errors in relation to product descriptions on this website.  The order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item (s) at a particular price.

If you have any uncertainties, please contact us, prior to placing an order and a Customer Service Representative will respond to you query.

IMAGES and PHOTOS

Colours and Shades displayed are only a guide and for illustration purposes on Opulence Cosmetics website, a degree of varying resolutions on display monitors may affect colours and shades on display. In addition and notwithstanding, due to ongoing product development improvements, features and specifications may change without prior notifications.

CONDITIONS OF ORDERING

Cheque payments are acceptable, payable to "Opulence Cosmetics" and must be posted to Opulence Cosmetics, PO Box 964, Eltham, Vic., 3095. Cheque payment orders may be placed via fax or mail, Fax Number: +61 3 9431 4439, but will not be processed until the payment has been received and funds cleared.  Please ensure that the following information is included in your order:   Quantity, Name of Product, Total Price including delivery charge (please view Delivery Section), Your Name, Address, Phone Number (home & mobile), Delivery Address and Information.

Opulence Cosmetics™ is committed to quality and makes every effort to ensure the goods are packaged and despatched in good condition.  

DELIVERY

Costs of Road Delivery to your door is as detailed in the Delivery Section on this web site.  Please allow 7 - 21 days for delivery (for cheque payments – cheque must firstly be cleared before your order is processed).

All freight charges will be added to you order automatically via our shopping cart at the time of processing for International and Australia Wide delivery prior to you accepting and processing the order.

Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by you to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional delivery charge.

To ensure prompt on time deliveries you must provide your home telephone number and mobile number for delivery address, and instructions if no one is at home.

All goods must be inspected upon delivery and any claim must be made within one (1) day, if the goods are damaged or they do not arrive in good order, that is, damaged, Opulence Cosmetics™ will either refund or organise a replacement (including delivery charges) or product replacement of equal value once Opulence Cosmetics™ receives the damaged goods.  If goods need to be returned, you will be required to return these goods by Australia Post (please also refer to 'Damaged In Shipment or Defective Goods' and 'Returns' policies below).

Damaged in Shipment or Defective Goods

Please inspect your order immediately.  Any problems, discrepancies or damaged goods must be reported within one (1) day of receipt via email.  Be sure to give a brief explanation and your contact details. A Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding your enquiry. You must keep the packaging and the contents intact, as it is necessary to return the product(s) and filler in it's original packaging.  You will be given a  Return Authorisation Number which you must quote on the outer packaging when returning the item(s), also keep a record of this number for your own purposes. 

RETURNS

Please choose carefully, as products cannot be exchanged or money refunded due to an incorrect selection.  We accept no returns unless the goods are damaged in shipment, defective or incorrectly supplied.  All returned (damaged in shipment, defective or incorrect supply) item(s) must be returned unused with the original seal unbroken.  Items which do not fall in this category will, under no circumstance, be accepted.  Any opened and/or used products are also, not accepted as a return.
